Do You Need A Breakthrough?
If you need a breakthrough in your life, then you must stand on a promise of God. The Apostle Paul testified about the faithfulness of God –He’s not fickle like human beings who say “yes” one minute and “no” the next. When Jesus says “yes”, He means it.

Jesus is willing
How do you imagine Jesus feels about sickness? Far too many Christians question whether it’s God’s will to heal them.

A Beautiful Love Story
Isaac needed a wife but Abraham didn’t want a Canaanite woman for his son because they were idol worshippers. So he sent his servant back to his own relatives who were God-fearing to find a wife for him.

Live the Abundant Life!
Jesus said He is the key to life in abundance.
The Greek word translated life is zóé which means physical and spiritual life. All life is derived from God and Jesus said He came to give it to us in abundance. But He wasn’t just talking about eternal, spiritual life, He was also referring to our physical life because zóé refers to both.

Unto Us a Son is Born
Everything had changed and yet nothing had changed. That’s how the birth of Jesus, the most incredible event in all of history happened, almost unnoticeably. Indeed, only a very few were even aware of it – first Mary and Joseph, then a few shepherds, then later the aged Simeon and Anna in the Temple and finally the wise men. These were among the few who knew there was anything remarkable about this baby.

Only One Thing
If Jesus says only one thing is necessary, we would do well to pay attention. Jesus was in the village of Bethany and Martha had welcomed Him into her house. Now Martha had a sister named Mary who was sitting at Jesus’ feet listening intently to Him while Martha was busy serving her guests.

Be Strong And Courageous
God has plans for your life which He prepared even before you were born. He also made provision for everything you will need to fulfil those plans.
When the Lord appointed Joshua as leader of the Israelites, they had wandered around in the wilderness for 40 years. Moses had died and Joshua was the man chosen by God to lead the people out of the wilderness and into the promised land. However, the Lord’s plans for His people are always met with opposition and Joshua was no exception.

Listen to the King
Jesus taught a lot about the Kingdom of Heaven. Life in God’s kingdom is counterintuitive to the way the kingdoms of this world operate. Jesus spoke in parables to draw in those who were genuinely seeking a relationship with God because life in the kingdom is all about relationship with the King.

Can You Really Overflow With Hope?
What would it feel like to overflow with hope whenever we face a difficult situation? The word that is translated overflow is “perisseuó” in the Greek which means to exceed, go beyond the expected measure, i.e. above and beyond, to surpass. It’s not natural to be exceedingly hopeful, especially when we find ourselves in hard times or are given bad news.

Designed To Prosper
God’s desire is for us to prosper. The word prosper in the Greek is euodoó which literally means “good way, road, journey or path”. It comes from two words: “eu” which means “good” and “hodos” meaning “a way, road, journey, or path”. So, to prosper is to travel on the good way, the road leading to real success. How can we make sure we are journeying on the right path in our lives?

Transformed Thinking
Another way this verse could be translated is “do not be molded by the spirit of the age but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”. A good word for what the apostle Paul was referring to as the spirit of the age would be “zeitgeist” which is defined by the Oxford Reference dictionary as “the defining spirit or mood of a particular period of history as shown by the ideas and beliefs of the time”. The spirit of the age or zeitgeist is always in opposition to the Spirit of God.
